Each work-study group should be self-ruling through consensus-based decision making.

All programs are designed under a philosophy of providing opportunities for Professionals, Advanced Amateurs, and Beginners to work together.

We believe that we all learn from each other through the collaboration process.

“Professor is the one who sometimes learns.”
